We want to bring you these live pictures of this fire burning right now, this is near antioch. It started around 3 00 this afternoon as a brush fire and quickly spread to the structure here. As you can see at least one structure is engulfed in flames. There are 20 other structures on the island. A handful of people live on this island. The coast guard helped with evacuations. Everybody else has evacuated by their boats or getting assistance from the coast guard. They are aggressively fighting this fire from the land and the water. It looks like the fire has spread to two structures. The crews are working this very aggressively, but everyone on this island has been accounted for, which is good news. More than a dozen people live on this island in sacramento county. Its really in the delta just one mile across the antioch marina. Just northeast of antioch.
