Custody. Were also told by San Jose Police that this is an incident of shots fired. They were trying to find out where the shots were fired. We have not heard about any victims so far. They have not been able to find anybody who was impacted by the shots being fired this morning. Now, we did talk with a petes employee and she talked to us about what officers told her. There were shots fired at an apartment. Theyre trying to secure the area and we dont go in until they do. And they just allowed those employees to enter into their business. That is about, i would say, about 50 yards away from where we were standing, where the police tape was at this morning. That police tape is now down. The command post is being broken down. Were told this is now a code4 situation. That means its an all clear situation for the Police Officers here on the scene. It was a very intense scene this morning.
