Iowa Confluence Water Trails has been awarded $15 million through the state s Water Infrastructure Fund for improvements on the Raccoon River along Fleur Drive.
Up to $11 million will go to the Field of Dreams site in Dyersville, "a lightning bolt" for the venue. The remainder will go to Des Moines and Sioux Center projects.
