Blue Water Film Festival to Host Opening Night at Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park

The 2023 Blue Water Film Festival (BWFF) takes place June 8 - 11, 2023 at various locations throughout San Diego County, in celebration of United Nations World Oceans Day.
