Difficult recovery. San Francisco Police are pulling for one of their own to recover from a critical gunshot wound to the head. Police have not named the officer but sources have identified him as officer kevin downes. Hes been on the force for two years. I know theres been a lot of reports about this being mere graze wound. It was a lot more than that. One centimeter down, and this may have been a fatality. Reporter saturday, the interim police chief said the injured officer was shot in the head.
