Reporter Bishop Raymond shillwell found a baby girl in a car seat in the middle of the street as he returned from church on the fourth of july just before midnight. When we went out and checked it out and then we said, oh, wow, somebodys actually left a baby here. Reporter the baby believed to be two or three months old did not appear to be hurt. She was just sitting there quietly at first but then when she saw other people around, then she just started crying and we said, well, wow, i dont know who would have done Something Like that.
