Helen Neale Olton, 83, of Highland Springs, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael; spouse, Ronald; son, Ronald II; and sister, Emily Phillips. Helen was a faithful member of Christ Ascension Episcopal Church and was a lifelong, devoted member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
