(Fargo, ND) The Fargo Police Department is warning the public about a high-risk sex offender who has moved into the city. Officers say 46-year-old Mark Williams has moved into a home at 1336 8th avenue north. Williams was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Ward County District Court back in October of 2007.
