According to this criminal complaint, cornell went on twitter last summer and posted statements, videos and other content supporting isis. In the fall a confidential fbi source made contact with cornell and they began going back and forth about this. When they met in november, cornell said he considered members of congress enemies and he was planning an attack on the capitol in d. C.
