Walla Walla Valley AVA Takes Center Stage in Third Season of ...

Episode featuring the wine region explores wine, food, and community May 04, 2021 WALLA WALLA, WA (April 29, 2021) – “V is for Vino”, America’s #1 Wine show, released its third season today, April 29th, including an episode centered around Washington & Oregon’s Walla Walla Valley AVA. “V is for Vino” follows host and sommelier Vince Anter as he hits the road to explore wine regions and their people, history, culture, food, and wine. The third season focuses on “The Spirit of Community” found in the wine regions and the relationships between the wine industry, locals and visitors that make the wine region special.  The difference between good and great wine regions are the people. In a year where everyone had to rely on their community more than ever, we wanted to explore the risk-takers, innovators, and collaborative nature of wine regions,” says Vince Anter, host and founder.

Walla Walla Valley Wine Month Pt 3 - AG INFORMATION NETWORK OF THE WEST

Walla Walla Valley Wine Month Pt 3 Tuesday Apr 13th, 2021 With today’s Fruit Grower Report, I’m Bob Larson. April is here and so is the second annual edition of Walla Walla Valley Wine Month, a month of activities designed to bring Walla Walla Valley wines to you in many different ways, both live and online. But why April? I asked Shelby Pryor, with the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance, that very question … PRYOR … “So when we were like, you know, we want a month to celebrate and really dig in to, you know, what makes Walla Walla Valley wine so special. And so, when we were looking at the calendar, April just made sense to us because March is Taste Washington Wine Month and May is Oregon Wine Month.”
