BELFAST A Hamden man was arrested Feb. 21, in relation to an overnight break-in at Belfast’s Tire Warehouse, according to a media release from Belfast Police Chief Robert Cormier. Tyler Robertson, 29, has been charged with theft after police.
The ruling gives some legal traction to opponents’ fight against Nordic Aquafarms’ proposed land-based fish farm and sets up a showdown with the city over its eminent domain action.
