With lingering agenda items leftover from the Sept. 19 meeting the nearly four hour long meeting saw commissioners struggle with the pay grid formula for employees that was approved in 2020.
The 12th annual Princess Warrior 5K: Run, Walk, Roll, Stroll or Crawl took place on Saturday Sept. 30 with hundreds of participants taking part in the event.
The Wadena-Deer Creek School Board met with the public on Monday, Oct. 2, at the middle/high school to drum up support for an operating levy increase. Voters will decide on it in the Nov. 7 election.
