How strong is the foundation? Can we survive? Those were the questions posed by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, the patriarch of the Nation of Islam, before he departed in 1975. That was also the theme for Savioursâ Day 2021. Savioursâ Day, often called the crowning event of Black History Month, is the Nation of Islamâs annual weekend in February dedicated to commemorating the birth date of Master Fard Muhammad, the Nationâs founder.

We cannot have a new beginning without returning to the root of civilization and our origins as a nation and a people upon the coming of the Great Mahdi, Master W. F. Muhammad. There I found myself seated in a most crucial meeting in Detroit, Michigan, on a cold, rainy, snowy afternoon in the company of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and his small delegation of travelers from Chicago, Illinois. He Makes All Things New Through the Renewal of Our Minds
