Just imagine being stopped at a red light when you see a vehicle coming toward your car headon and you have nowhere to go. Thats what this dad said he and his 3yearold son were school tuesday. Out of nowhere this van comes flying over the hill. And i didnt know if i could get on the gas and leave or hit the car next to me. Reporter he said the man up the hill was driving recklessly.
