A Deltona sex offender who deputies arrested earlier this month for providing a fake name during a traffic stop faces 50 new charges related to images of children on a phone he was unlawfully carrying, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail with no bond, facing charges of aggravated assault with a firearm and using a firearm while under the influence of alcohol.
