different category than military spending. now, i don t i would love to see some of that military spending go for all kinds of things that i think are domestic and security priorities like education and transportation. but i don t get to just move that stuff around. you have to get agreement from congress. you can t move money from one committee and one segment of the budget to another committee and segment of the budget. there is sometimes the ability to move things around within line items and within a department s budget. it s called transfer authority. but that is that does not apply across appropriations committees and homeland security is a different appropriations committee than the military. you have long been critical of the trump administration for adding a question on u.s. citizenship to the 2020 census. they say that this information is going to allow the administration to protect voting rights if they know how many eligible voerts live in a community, they can identi

consistencies. they have their own history with voerts. with celebrities, there is reflected glory. fans want to participate in the experience at these events. democrats typically have more celebrity star power. for donald trump, he is trying to make a point that although he is absent these big sur gates, he can stand alone. for hillary clinton, it s a lot about key states she should own trying to hold that. and to block donald trump when he s trying to make inroads. his only map to 270 gets him into places where he s got to flip a battleground. he s making a real play for michigan. you have her here in philadelphia tonight. she has that big rally on monday night with president obama, the first lady and former president bill clinton. what does it say that she is trying to defend these traditionally blue states? pennsylvania obviously has been considered a battleground but
barack obama? when you ran? honestly, i would no, i m going to be honest. reporter: avery miller voted for barack obama twice. are you voting for her? i m still undecided for at this point. who might you vote for? really, i just really don t know. donald trump? no, definitely not, but i just third party? maybe. but his indecisiveness does not appear to be the norm here. while many aren t as gung ho as they are for clinton as they are for obama. are you as enthusiastic for hillary clinton as you were for voting for barack obama? no, not really. reporter: almost all of the african-american voters we ve talked to said they ve either already voted or will vote for hillary clinton. and some voerts are you here more to see barack obama or support hillary clinton? support hillary clinton. reporter: are more enthusiastic about 2016 than they were in 2012 or 2008. i m very excited about a female getting into office. and i think she has a lot to offer ou
donald trump at all. none. he s reality tv and i just don t trust that. and poppy harlow joins us now. it s so great to hear the candor of people paying very close attention to this election. they are. and you know, fred, they re talking about the issues and i think they wish they d hear more of the candidates talking about. jobs, b jobs, jobs. and the economy and the voters that we talked to are clearly very divided on who they think would be the best president for their personal economy. we ve heard so much from the candidates, so much as you know from the pundits, so it was refreshing to get there out there and hear from the voerts. i want to note, this series was filmed over the past few months before that 2005 access hollywood tape of donald trump surfaced, so we called back all of the trump supporters aross the three states we traveled through to ask if they were still standing by him after his remarks, nearly every single one with the exception of just a few are standing by
