(Bloomberg) Eagle Senior Living filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Friday, citing “exponential” increases in labor costs.
The pre-arranged filing will allow the chain to operate without interruption and make needed capital improvements, Eagle said in a Friday press release.
