After 7 pm, rain showers will spread across the metro into northeast north carolina. Farther north and west, we could potentially see a mix of rain and wet snow. I wouldnt rule out some minor accumulations coating on the north along the middle peninsula, and northern neck. The higher accumulations will be around richmond and points north.
