Two employees of a company involved in the business of selling salon goods in the Koh-e-fiza area committed fraud of over Rs 4.44 lakh with the company by not depositing the money collected of delivered goods.
The employees embezzled Rs 4.44 lakh by manipulating the accounts for about four months.
The police added that the scam came to light when the shop owner sought payment from his clients and learnt that the payment had already been made to his employees.
