The 2022/23 national netball league began on Saturday, September 10. To participate in it, every team has to pay a subscription fee of Shs 5m.
The previous subscription fee has been Shs 500,000. For many teams, this is a high fee, more so, the men’s teams (slated to throw-off a week later) that are still trying to find their feet in the ‘girly’ sport.
