Dr Nguyen Nhat Quang, deputy chair of VINASA’s (Vietnam Software & IT services) founding council, said a smart city is not a design that can be copied, but should be seen as an effective way to develop and run cities.
Vietnam is regarded as a potential market for blockchain technology development as more than 10 out of the top 200 companies operating with blockchain technology in the world were founded by Vietnamese businesses, creating the premise for continuing to develop blockchain projects in the country.
