BAY VILLAGE, Ohio The mayors of Bay Village and Rocky River are willing to get their feet wet when it comes to Cuyahoga County’s Lakefront Public Access Plan, which would span the Lake Erie shoreline from Euclid to Bay Village.
Bay Village Mayor Paul Koomar is curious as to how the county plan might line up with the city’s own lakefront master plan. And Rocky River Mayor Pam Bobst notes that any plan would need buy-in from the many private owners of lakefront property.
