Montgomery county judge ruled cosbys own testify from a 2006 civil suit brought by Andrea Constand can be used in his sex assault trial. Judge conclude that had cosby never had a promise from a previous prosecutor that he could never be criminally charged. Ruling on the deposition is one of the two key pretrial issues.
