Walmart parking lot not far from. I thought he threw a rock at my car and then i asked my son if we were hit and he said, yes, and my back window was all shattered. Reporter barb says grosso was driving aggressively and tried to pass her. She said she was afraid and sped up. Instead of just driving off he followed her and fired that shot from inside his car shattering their window. She says it all happened so quickly, she had just dropped off her daughter at work her son was in the passenger seat and within seconds they were being fired at. Im just glad someone up there was watching over me cause clearly they were from the angle that bullet shot was. Reporter hours after the shooting police were able to track down grosso and take him into custody without incident. After i found out he was cautery leaf there. I dont have to be paranoid anymore. In fact fire marshall tells action news one of the fires deemed suspicious claimed life of a pregnant woman. Action News Reporter Annie Mccormack is live at the scene in north philadelphia with the details, annie. Reporter walter and sarah an hour ago the fire marshall did return to the scene, along with the crime scene unit, and detectives from central detectives. At this point the fire marshall, according to police, is calling this fire suspicious. At this point it has not been ruled an arson. A 911 call came in around 7 30 this morning here in the 2100 block of west susquehanna avenue, the call reported a fire broke out in this row home. The neighbor described the scene. It was, whoever was in the house was coming in and out of the house, getting people out of the house. They were yelling, you know, one or two people run out but they said somebody didnt make it out.
