No one loves a rodeo more than I do. My late father was a bareback rider who, unlike these ones, had respect for doctors and nurses. He knew cowboys couldn’t exist without them. Watching these fools at Bowden deliberately put more Albertans lives at risk and create a worse nightmare for our doctors and nurses proves they have no respect for our health-care staff at all.
We can all thank MLA Drew Barnes and his band of rogue UCP MLAs for starting this mess. Apparently saving businesses ahead of saving lives is far more important to them. Let’s hope these cowboys are banned from participating in rodeos in the future.

Tiger Ventures, a subcontractor on the Winnipeg Police Services headquarters construction project, says Caspian Projects and its president, Armik Babakhanians, undercut Tiger s demolition budget and as a result Tiger lost money on the job.(CBC)
A subcontractor hired to do demolition work on the Winnipeg Police Services Headquarters construction project is suing HQ contractor Caspian Projects Inc. and its president, Armik Babakhanians, for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
In a lawsuit filed in the Manitoba Court of Queen s Bench on April 7, Tiger Ventures alleges Caspian fraudulently misrepresented the amount of money available for demolition and asbestos work, then billed the city inflated invoices worth more than three times the amount paid to Tiger.
