ALPENA The regular meeting of the VFW 2496 Auxiliary was presided over by President Darryl McQuarrie at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021 with 10 members in attendance.
The November and December secretary and treasurer reports were given and accepted pending audit.
Tammy gave the bingo report from three bingos that were allowed during November and made a donation.
There were no applications for membership but a discussion took place concerning members that have not paid their 2021 dues.
The Auxiliary dinner that was planned for December, but was cancelled because of the COVID-19 shutdown, needed to be rescheduled. The plan now is to offer the mac and cheese lasagna dinner at 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5.
