BALCO, a subsidiary of Vedanta Limited has entered into a Power Delivery Agreement to source 200 MW Solar Renewable Power for its Aluminium operations at BALCO, Chhattisgarh, through Special Purpose Vehicle.
The Board of Directors of Vedanta Ltd through resolution passed by circulation on Monday, May 22, 2023 have approved First Interim Dividend of Rs. 18.50 per equity share i.e. 1850% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2023-24.
The duly authorized Committee of Directors of Vedanta Ltd have considered and approval raising of Rs. 2100 crores through NCDs in one or more tranches.
