A new Frisco office building is up for grabs. The Offices Two at Frisco Station is part of one of Frisco’s most successful mixed-use use projects.
The $1.8 billion Frisco Station development at the Dallas North Tollway and John Hickman includes offices, apartments, hotels and retail space.
Commercial property firm Newmark is marketing the office building for sale.
Opened in 2020, the 210,424-square-foot Offices Two building is more than 90% leased to tenants including Magellan Health, Stifel, Raymond James, Addus Homecare and MTX Group.
