not allowed to photograph these folks anymore. they don t want these pictures getting out but we got our hands on these. the children, as you can see, are packed into small rooms and fenced in pens while they wait to be processed, which can take days and they are putting them on gray hound buses and shipping them to arizona with no more than instructions than to report back to officials in 15 days. president obama calls this a humanitarian crisis and deployed resources to find these children families while critics suggest it s the president and immigration policies that created this crisis in the first place. dennis michael lynch traveled to texas in the first 24 hours to get a look at how bad the situation is. dennis, i know you ve been speaking with friends and sources there including boarder patrol folks. what are they telling you? megyn, today i spent time speaking to boarder patrol people and scitizens here of

started with those defense department contracts, who the initiation was in fact government spending, but now they re international. now they re global, and so they re simply more able to move beyond the boundaries of what s happening in any particular region. let s talk about global corporate taxes. appeleapple. what s the sequester discussion about? a lot is tied to deficit. so folks say i want to cut all of these programs for the poor. last time i was here for the senior scitizens. we don t want to pay taxes, corporate taxes on profits overseas. we want to keep our taxes though. at the same time they get taxed on funds outside the u.s., they could pay for these programs. we wouldn t have to be doing all this cutting. the other thing is that we re now finding out the interconnectedness of the economy. cut food stamps, cut kraft. who benefits from food stamps? people who sell stuff like macaroni and cheese.
white paper last month that the obama administration doesn t feel any court including the supreme court is qualified to rule on the constitutionality of its killing program. so, tommy, why can t the white house come out and be more specific? mike rogers recently told me, i was actually asking him about christopher dorner, the man hunt suspect in los angeles and whether the u.s. would use a drone against him. mike rogers just said it would be unconstitutional for the u.s. military or intelligence services to conduct operations against u.s. scitizens and woul never allow to occur. now, so why can t the president come out, the white house come out and say we believe this is uninstitutional? that simple sentence? he s talking about what the cia could do legally.
