And i think we have come to a consensus at least on the republican side that extraordinarily important programs like pep far, the emergency plan for aid relief, a number of refugee plans and a lot of other programs that deal with Infectious Diseases, like tuberculosis need to be funded in a very robust way in order to save lives and to mitigate dangers, especially to wome
