A World War II hero from Electra was buried with full military honors Wednesday, May 17, in Arlington National Cemetery, almost 80 years since he died on a bombing mission over Romania.
The remains of a U.S. airman whose plane was shot down over Germany during World War II have been accounted for, the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced.
