Retired NASCAR driver Tighe Scott, of Pen Argyl, Northampton County, and his son were among four Pennsylvania men charged Wednesday in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
The FBI arrested the four men Wednesday in Pennsylvania, and they are expected to make their initial appearances in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
