Matthew Reiss, 49, of the Palm section of Upper Hanover, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court on Friday to 11½ to 23 months in the county jail on charges he possessed more than 1,000 images and video files depicting children under the age of 18 being sexually assaulted or posing nude. The judge also ordered Reiss to complete three years of probation following parole, meaning he will be under court supervision for about five years.
