"We are to conduct a feasibility study to develop an industrial park in a privately-owned 80-hectare lot in the North, in Tibungco and Bunawan. We also have the 25-hectare lot owned by the city in Barangay Daliao, Toril District," Christian Cambaya, the DCIPC chief for investor and assistance, said in a press conference here Wednesday. Once developed, Cambaya said the city-owned land areas could be compared to big-ticket projects in Sarangani, Pangasinan, and Clark in Pampanga.
