Models for departments for the federal government are very organizational, departmentalspecific. When we talk about trying to understand and bring data together and consolidate, i know treasury is doing a great deal of work on this as well, trying to figure out how do you move the data between systems, but then how do you move the data not just between those systems but between the systems outside of the federal government. That becomes a cultural shift that has to happen. And its going to take a lot of buyin to make that work. Police say the 22yearold temple student was riding her bike down park street just after 7 00 wednesday when she was struck by by a car crossing this intersection. The car was heading down diamond toward broad street. Police say they have video of the incident caught by temple surveillance cameras. The student was left lying in the middle of the intersection. Her bike thrown feet. Police say the car described as a late model gray Mitsubishi Gallant stopped for a brief moment then someone heard a passenger in the back seat telling the driver to go. The vehicle was then seen fleeing north on broad street. With 33 men inside. Upon police rifle they found the 22yearold female unconscious on the highway suffering from a severe head trauma, she also had a w appeared to be a compound fracture to her left leg.
