I mean, at first my folks told me about it. And i said, i mean, is this true . Did somebody really say this . I mean, we have all these tapes and youtube and all that. Certainly the elected officials know about all that stuff. Then i said, well, maybe it was doctored. You know. How does somebody say all of that . So i watched it. And i knew it was like nine or ten minutes or so. I said, im probably not going to watch this whole thing, i just want to see i mean, its the epitome of an accident. It was just fascinating. And every piece. It just went on and on and on. At the end i was just disgusted. You want to talk about people, calling folks out by name, all this kind of stuff. Our position on Energy Exports from iraq is very clear. We support getting as much oil out of iraq as possible and on International Markets from north to south. And we also support doing that in a way that reenforces the overall stability of all raiira regions. When people ask, theres legal risk for taking oil without an agreement. We work very hard to broker an agreement and had an agreement on the table that was a very good one as early as four months ago that would have gotten all the oil out of the kurdish flowing and on to International Markets and from the south to the krg. Foye a number of reasons and which is that were in the middle of a high political season in iraq. It was an election season and that was april 30th. I remain confident in the process of forming new government we can work with all sides to have a solution to this important issue. The work that has been done by the admiral. And strengthen this with other military partners out there and so we do have dependable relationships and partners out there that we can work with and depend upon to accomplish a broader effort. So i do think it is important. And we have those who share interests. I would ask you, general, we are going to be conducting these operations outside afghanistan, how effective without me. Throughout the region as well, if you would lose all of your forces within the country. I think that that would be very challenging. And certainly there are lots of things that we can look at and i think that it would be challenging to try to address problems in one country from other regions and other countries. And this includes how we best use this in a manner that gives us the most effect. And your thoughts on that as well . I look at the folks that do this every day and say, these are great americans. What they have done is they can see what the terrorists are trying to do coming into the country and what we were blamed for as an Intelligence Community was not connecting the dots. The fbi had one set of data, the cia, nsa, and other intelligence agencies, another. And we were blamed for not connecting the dots. So we said, we need the ability to connect the dots. We came up with a couple of programs. Business record fisa is the key to connect the dots. That is the one we need to focus on here today. What is that all about . How do we connect the dots with this . What is it . It has been sensationalized, that we are listening to americans phone calls and reading emails. That is flat wrong. Under fisa, we would have to have an individualized warrant to do that.
