DONG Jiao Zong (DJZ) has urged the Education Ministry to show sincerity in finding a permanent solution to the perennial shortage of teachers in Chine.

EDUCATIONIST group Dong Zong recently published its first e-book in an attempt to spark a reform among independent Chinese schools, reports

The first issue was written by psychologist Dr Teoh Hee Chong titled “Ten key issues allowing you to understand independent Chinese schools at a glance”.
Dong Zong, also known as the United Chinese School Committees Association, determines the syllabus for the Unified Examination Certificate.
The e-book series serves as a platform for the public to keep up with developments among the schools. The main aim, according to Dong Zong president Tan Tai Kim, was to encourage a reform in education.
