these government administrators will seek to inflate the number of employees they have working under because it makes them more powerful. megyn: is this a union thing? how did we get to the point where the government is so inflated and the private sector is hemorrhaging workers? certainly the unions have a lot to do with it. but we got to this situation by supporting politicians who believe that america greatness comes from government. if you believe that america s great news comes from government, then you will believe that you make america greater by growing that government. of course, that means growing the number of government employees. when we get back to recognizing that america s greatness comes from freedom, liberty, economic liberty, the rule of law. then maybe we can get back to honoring the private sector instead of honoring the almighty government employee.
