Dmitry Krutoi said: "According to calculations of the Belarusian Economy Ministry, the realization of the main guidelines will allow increasing the GDP of our country by $8 billion. Let me remind you that the GDP grew by 3.9% last year.”
Roman Golovchenko said: “Experts have drafted new main directions for implementing the Union State Foundation Treaty for the next three years. The draft is an organic continuation of the existing package of integration documents with Union State programs."
Natalya Kochanova said: “We have to try to look beyond the horizon, work out effective solutions in response to the challenges that await us in the future. It is necessary to create our own strategic model of interregional interaction and tap into the positive experience of the Soviet Union without reservation."
According to Aleksandr Chervyakov, reference points for Belarus-Russia integration were stipulated by the main guidelines on implementing provisions of the Union State Foundation Treaty in 2021-2023 and a package of 28 Union State programs.
Vladimir Putin welcomed participants of the session, who had come to Moscow: “Everything is familiar for you. Not strange. Your own.” He stressed that Belarus and Russia maintain tight cooperation within the framework of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
