Learning the alleged assault took place just one day after the shooting. Deandra corinthios is live with their reaction. Dominique haegganbrown is accused of raping a man on august 14th. The night after he killed smith while on duty near 44th and auer. The shooting sparked violent protests that weekend near sherman park. During the Public Comment portion of thursdays fire and Police Commission meeting. Several people with ties to the Sylville Smith investigation spoke still waiting on answers in smiths death. While the officer who shot him is facing charges from other incidents. Heagganbrown is suspended from the Milwaukee Police department.
