Talks to secure a trade deal between the uk and the European Union are resuming later on monday. They broke up last night with the trickiest areas of disagreement like fishing richts, Competition Rules and enforcement of the deal remaining unresolved. We spent the day at a Vaccine Centre in southall in west london with a gp, dr Kamini Gautam, who takes up the story. This is the dominion centre.
