GUILDERLAND Uncommon Grounds, purveyor of fresh-roasted coffee and large bagels, will add a fourth location later this year in Stuyvesant Plaza.
The cafe will occupy the 2,800-square-foot space formerly home to Bruegger’s Bagels and will be staffed by about 30 full- and part-time employees.
Uncommon Grounds first opened in 1992 in downtown Saratoga Springs with a focus on coffee. In 1996 it added fresh-made New York City-inspired bagels and cream cheese. The menu now includes soup, salad and desserts.
Its other locations are in Clifton Park and 1235 Western Ave. in Albany, just a mile east of Stuyvesant Plaza.
