According to police, the nursing staff at the hospital contacted 911, reporting that a 41-year-old female patient was found unresponsive inside their hospital room.
Authorities are investigating the unattended death of a 15-year-old patient at Pembroke Behavioral Hospital, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney.
