A web of deceit, firms & apps: Cops say Raj Kundra s company was running ops of UK entity linked to porn
A company of businessman Raj Kundra, arrested in a porn films case, was running operations for a London-based firm floated by a close relative which was into producing pornographic content for India, the Mumbai police claimed on Tuesday. Kundra (45), husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, was arrested by the crime branch on Monday night in a case, which it said, related to alleged creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps.

Mumbai s Joint Police Commissioner (Crime) Milind Bharambe said that the two companies had a mobile app called HotShots Digital Entertainment , developed by Kenrin Ltd.
The HotShots app is described as the world s first 18+ app showcasing some of the hottest models and celebs globally in exclusive photos, short films and hot videos implying soft-to-hard porn.

Raj Kundra was arrested on Monday night by the Mumbai Crime Branch officials for his involvement in alleged production of pornographic content that was streamed on his apps. The cops have named him the key conspirator and on Tuesday, he was remanded police custody till July 23. While the probe is going on, Bollywood singer Mika Singh revealed that he has seen one of Raj Kundra s mobile apps.
