kenneth lee. why is it so important the president has done well on judges. why is it so important that this 9th circuit is not allowed to become a runaway injunction train that s going to run over the president s policies that s what it is right now, laura. it is a runaway injunction train. everybody runs to the 9th circuit and the lower district courts in the 9th circuit to challenge the president s actions because they know the 9th circuit is the most activist ultra liberal of all of the circuits. that s why the nominations are so important. donald trump promised to tran form the federal courts, and he has done great work at the supreme court and the circuit courts but he has not been able to crack the code in the 9th circuit. he goes in with lindsey graham, pushes these nominations through and fights, it s going to make a big difference for the last two years. laura: governor, congrats on
