Being born in the Second World War – a global conflict that lasted from 1939 to 1945, we are called the “Silent Generation.” (Those who know me would question that title, “silent!!”)

Ukiah High School’s Homecoming Week ended Friday with the annual Homecoming Parade through downtown Ukiah. Floats representing the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior classes made for colorful viewing as cheering students continued their compeittion for the most school spirit and the awarding of the Spirit Bell.
