trump asked cruz if he wanted to go to mars, he said no and then said send congress to mars. you re in congress. it brings up the issue of whether we should be trying to do moon stuff first. tom: i want to do moon stuff, hang out on the moon for at least ten years. andy: nasa was developing a program called the asteroid redirect mission. was going to go to a large near earth asteroid to capture it and put it into lunar orbit. we would send astronauts there to study it, and use that for a springboard to get to mars. the trump budget has cut that program so we can t do that anymore. tom: i like that plan. andy: it sounded fun. tom: the asteroids, yeah. andy: are baby boomers
