Reporter we talked to a woman parked in the lot this morning. She came back and couldnt find her car because it had been moved because of the flooding. She is not happy because there is water in her car. This may be an instance where some people are glad they were towed. A tow truck began pulling cars out of high water in the mark commuter lot next to the American Legion in laurel. Probably six inches of ter in it.
