Tudor Manor, a 23-unit apartment building in a residential neighborhood of Meriden, has sold for $2.4 million.
The sale price of the property at 130 Bradley Ave., which is near Interstate 691, equates to $104,348 per unit. The 21,500-square-foot, Tudor-style building consists of 10 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and three three-bedroom units.
Jay Sheth of Meriden acquired the property from Waterbury-based Manor Estates LLC.
Terry Edgell, 56, made the announcement after telling Jude, 58, he wanted to have a serious chat - and she feared he was going to tell her he wanted the couple to separate.

Hodgson, who died in 1980, spent decades at his hobby.
