The Cook Islands High Court has once again adjourned the sentencing of Joshua Utanga, who is accused of assaulting his ex-partner, to Tuesday, October 17.
A man who was found guilty by a jury trial for injuring by an unlawful act was sentenced to 18 months’ probation with the first three months to be served for community service.
